Yes, we do accept returns subject to fulfilment of the following conditions:

- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way
- The item should have its original packaging with all the tags etc.
- The return or exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery.

- We are happy to exchange or offer store credit within a strict two weeks of original purchase date with proof of purchase (store receipts must be sighted)
- Goods must be in original packaging and labelling, and in perfect sellable condition.
- Due to the fact we donā€™t have change rooms we offer refunds on clothing only.
- Due to Australian health and safety regulations, earrings of any kind cannot be exchanged or returned.
- We are not required to return an item if you have simply changed your mind.
- If an item is faulty, we are happy to exchange it.
- We are must be advised in writing with photos of any faulty product within 7 days of purchase date.

At checkout out, simply enter your voucher into the discount code box. This will then automatically apply the voucher to your order balance.
